Location suited us as we were going to races at flemington, it’s close to southern cross station but also has tram stops close by.
The apt was close to the southern cross station. If you are interested to travel out of Melbourne by train, that is convenient. The metro is also a good choice to get to the other end of the city fast. There is also an outlet shopping centre at the train station. Within the apt, the view on the 38th floor was good. Toilet was working. Amenities were clean.
Good location – close to Southern Cross Station amd Coles. Casino was about a 5 – 10 minute drive and the centre of the CBD about a 15 minute walk. The size of the apartment was great and we had a nice view. Although this isn’t a hotel (ran through a real estate) the staff continuously communicated with me prior to our arrival. Our room was clean and tidy and had enough amenities for the 2 of us (these are self catering apartments); they supplied a few rolls of toilet paper and tea coffee sugar.
The proximity to Etihad Stadium, where I was an Official at the Speedway Grand Prix. Made it an easy walk to the venue. Proximity to shopping and dining establishments. Very pleased with the apartment and its accessories. Would recommend it to associates in terms of value and accessibility to transport. Will use again on future visits to Melbourne.
Nice little cosy 2 bedroom apartment with balcony. Had a kitchen and small living area which was suitable for our small group to relax.
Although extremely hard to find and not explained when booking it certainly was comfortable and near to everything.
We were close walking distance to everything, the free tram was just down the road, train station and sky bus were also in close walking distance
