Lovely Riad in a great and easy to find location. Walking distance to medina and souks. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I loved the delicious breakfast on the terrace. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Right in the center of Marrakech, close to the souks but still a calm Riad. Comfortable beds, private rooms in a very peaceful atmosphere. Great breakfast and super polite and resourceful staff.
The staff was attentive, the facilities were clean and available.
The best part of Riad Tizwa by far is the service. The house manager made himself available whenever we needed and provided excellent recommendations for a hammam, restaurants and anything we requested. He accompanied us to buy a SIM card for our phones and helped arrange a rental car that came directly to the Riad when ours fell through. He even stayed in the car directing us where to go to get us out of town. He really made our stay at Riad Tizwa. Such a gentleman!
We enjoyed eating our breakfast on the roof terrace and the breakfast selection was excellent. Our host was absolutely brilliant at all times and very attentive, we couldn’t speak more highly of him.
