The place is very clean and within walking distance from the main market. It’s also very quiet, given that it’s literally in the heart of Medina. There are shops nearby and everything you need. The staff is amazing, they are very very nice and willing to help with everything. They helped us book a trip to the desert and Essaouira, so we didn’t have to worry about that. If you want to feel like home, this is definitely the place. Strongly recommend it!
Excellent reception staff – very welcoming and helpful. Complementary large bottle of lovely cold water on arrival. Lovely breakfast. Very close to Jmaa al fnaa square which is full of local traders selling everything from fake sportswear to pastries that are a gastronomical delight and the sweetest freshly squeezed orange juice I’ve tasted in my life! Lastly eateries galore!
The place is fabulous! The breakfast delicious -It was different both days we had it, but it was equally nice both times.

Our second visit here, and 3 nights in very comfy beds & lovely rooms on top floor of characterful Riad 10, very helpful & friendly staff, brilliant location, can’t fault it…in fact the kids didn’t want to come home…they loved the Riad and loved Marrakech! Janice and Rasheed are happy to organise taxi’s, excursions, hammams, anything you want is no trouble & Janice has the cutest little dog, Cerise 🙂 Recommend day trip to Ourika Falls, getting thoroughly lost in the medina, chilling out at Bahia Palace and El Badi Palace and ending day with food from stalls in Djemaa el fna.
The riad is close to the main square but the room we stayed in was quiet so we had a good night sleep.
Good hotel , nice rooms , very clean, very good service.
