the room was big especially the bathroom,staff were professional and friendly plus always on time
Staffs were super kind. Even after left hotel. I left one of my shoes that i wanted to dispose. They e-mail me, let me know i left my shoes. It was very impressed customer care service. Facilities and swimming pool was awesome. View of manila bay was outstanding. Amenities was good.

I love that the extra bed is really a bed and comfortable, not just a sofa bed or a mattress but a real bed. For someone who has a bad back, having that kind of extra bed really is helpful. I also appreciated that they accommodated my special request for gluten-free food for breakfast because of my strict dietary needs with gluten sensitivity. They really went out of their way to accommodate that special request. So, a big thanks for that!
The staff & the amenities were superb. We were upgraded to the SkyTower which was more than we can wish for. We had fun. Thank you Solaire!

Solaire is like a haven beside the sea. Amazing view of the Manila Bay. I love the room especially the toilet – you can sleep inside the toilet. I loved the upgrade and the first class amenities in the upgrade room.
The location was perfect, did not have much choice for breakfast, toiletries were not provided as stated, however, it was provided when informed the staff and the toilet kept blocking up.
