The place is situated right in the middle of all the action if you are looking for it. The host (Alan) is a wonderful person and really helpful. The apartment is good, comfortable and has all what you would need for your stay. The location is also excellent. Highly recommended. Thank you for your hospitality.
The biggest ‘advantage’ of the place is definitely the owner. He is a very friendly, helpful and easy-going man. Communication with him was simply a pleasure, he replied to all messages instantly and was there to help all the time! The room was comfortable and in a good location of Makati district. However, the bathroom could be cleaner but we suggested it to the owner and he said he would bear it in mind (as mentioned, communication with him was brilliant!). Generally, a good place to stay when staying in Manila for a night or two.
The host, Alan was very accommodating and kind! We arrived in Manila earlier than we expected so I asked if we could have an early check in, luckily a room became available so we were 5hours earlier than the usual check-in time which is 2PM but he still accommodated us with no extra charge.. he even apologized for the noisy holloween party on the streets.. Way to go Mr. Alan! 🙂

I will recommend this property because it offers great value for your money, whether you’re staying for leisure or business. Newer properties of the same type are way more expensive than this. And the host/owner, very accommodating. Good communicator. Thoughtful, too.
The location is great and the room is very clean. The owner was very accomodating when we wanted to have an early check in.
The room was nice and cozy, has everything you need if you plan to stay for quite a while. We stayed only one night, and we had a good sleep. And thanks to the host for meeting us late at night.
