Perfect location for those travelling by AVE, and for art-lovers. We had a room with balcony overlooking the "Reina Sofia".; comfortable bed and very good light for reading. Spacious bathroom with good ventilation. Lots of choice of places to eat on the street by the hotel (we had breakfast outside the hotel too)

The hotel is very convenient if travel by train to Madrid ,just a three minute walk from the tropical garden section of the rail station , The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable ,large and en suite was big ,it was clean and in a excellent location .Taxi rank/bus out the door ,food and bar outlets out side the door with great atmosphere,short walk to other streets with restaurant and outlets , beside national art galleries
Excellent location. Lots of local cafes for breakfast and other meals. Clean family rooms. Really easy to get to Atocha station on the Airport Express bus. Simple accommodation. Courteous staff.
Location is excellent. Just cross the road to Atocha station and Airport express bus is walkable. Many restaurants are surrounding.
The place seems to have had a bit of a facelift since I was there two years ago. Fridge in the room and generally better décor. Quiet inner room. Excellent location for the station Atocha.
We were only spending a day in Madrid, so picked this hotel because of its proximity to the train station, and the Prado and Reina Sofia museums. For that purpose, it was just fine. The view from our room was the interior courtyard, but we didn’t mind.
lovely hotel..but disappointed we couldn’t use pool as we looking forward to a relaxing swim after a huge day of sight seeing.
