Staff was very helpful, location is good and in short distance to city center. Easy to move around the city with Metro. Short distance to supermarket, bars and restaurant. Room itself was ok.
The hospitality of reception was excellent, i have also liked the Design of hotel.. Clean rooms and everything I felt like i stay at my on home!
Good place, relatively close to the train station that takes you to and from the airport. Overall, I would say good. There was nothing that would make me complain about the place, it wasn’t a ‘wow’ kind of place, but good for a short visit to Madrid.
The room was clean and nice, and the hostel is near to the main subway line you will need for all the attractions. The bathroom is huge and clean (at least the private one, can’t say anything about the shared).
Good location close to the Metro. Simple but convenient, good for a short stay. Nice staff.
The bedroom was spotlessly clean when I arrived and house keeping kept it like that for my whole stay. The reception staff were fantastic. They were so helpful, answering queries by email before I arrived and were so friendly to me no matter how many questions I had. When my air conditioning broke the receptionist tried to fix it, then called a service man and when that didn’t solve the issue I was offered another room.
Excellent wifi, friendly staff, clean rooms with good facilities, good location to metro.
This "hostal" is basically a hotel. Very good value for moeny
No food was with the offer . The place is very clean and the people were good
There is a Chinatown of 70s charm if you are interested! Including very old furniture and wooden frames with local ant population.
