Breakfast buffet was good, with a lot of choices. Very nice, clean room and bathroom. We are at the center of Madrid. Everything was walking distance and a lot of shopping, restaurants and transportation options around the hotel. We would also like to commend Amelia from front desk for her help and information
Wonderful location within a very easy walk of Sol metro stop, and a great shopping precinct. Our room was comfortable with great sound proofing, given our location close to a busy shopping and nightlife area. Our room and separate bathroom were big enough, and we had our own tiny balcony. Breakfast was wonderful with a range of hot and cold food. A lovely old fashioned lift, that worked well.

A nice hotel with a great staff. Our safe did not work when we arrived but it was repaired by a called technician within 15 minutes – it speaks for itself ! The hotel is close to Sol but placed in a quiet sidestreet . Nice varied brakfast on a renovated top floor. A real door between the bathroom and the bedroom ! Thank you..
