Beautiful, large remodeled rooms. Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Eating at the counter is cheapest way to buy breakfast.

Location in historical district. facing the Plaza del Sol. most rooms have small baloneys. the hotel is a renovated historical building. rustic style, spacious rooms, but with new marble bathrooms and good lighting. Staff is very helpful. walking distance to Plaza Mayor (5min.) many cute shops and restaurants with good prices around. breakfast is continental it is plenty- hot food extra. the staff walked our bags to the street for us & helped find us a taxi.

The location was excellent. The attached restaurant and sidewalk cafe were delightful. Our first room had a window on the interior courtyard, but they happily moved us to a room with a street view.
Central location which is good and bad. Walk to everything. Lots of people and noise. With only a quick one day visit, this location on our first time to Madrid was convenient.
Five star service especially in reception , top location next to Puerta Del Sol and within walking distance to to all major attractions of Madrid . I have been visiting Madrid for the past 7 years and I will rate this Hotel as the best value for money there is and I will certainly return .
The location is the biggest advantage and at the same time this is the biggest disadvantage. It so convenient to walk to all famous places in Madrid. You can find very good restaurants in maximum 10 min walk.
