The staff was very friendly,willing to help at any request.The receptionists speak very good English.Also the waiters and the bartenders speak English.The room was very clean and the hotel has very nice interior design.

Everything was great. The hotel is only five years old, the staff is trained to European standards, and is efficient and pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and the food good.
excellent small hotel with friendly staff and great location (about 10-15 min walking distance from railway station is a bonus), place is very quiet. try business lunch in early afernoon at the restaurant downstairs. highly recommend for business or lesiure. also there is Lviv croissants place nearby- its 5 min walk from the hotel
Nice accommodations and very helpful front desk staff. Convenient 24 cafe was much appreciated.
The personnel was very kind, services also. I do not had the chance to take the breakfast in the morning because my flight was earlier that breakfast opening time, but they prepared like a snack box to take with!
On the second day of my stay, I fell seriously ill. The hotel extended my room till my check out (in the evening) for free! Many thanks to them, I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends
