The location is great, the size of the apartment is very good, everything working properly.
The address we were given was wrong – the building manager had to come and get us and take us to the right property.. not good
Super location and quite a big living room. Balcony is a plus as well. Tv with netflix and a lot of other programs. Parking space in central santa monica is very nice. Being able to walk to the beach in 15 minutes is awesome. all in all would book it again.
The location, walkable distance to what we wanted to do. The supermarket across the road and the kitchen. Felt very safe in that area. Wifi and Netflix was great. Follow up from staff after checkin to see how you are going.
Apartment not like the one on the web site ,very tired looking and requires a lick of paint,good location and kitchen ok,television a bit of a struggle to understand the remotes,bathroom sinks no plugs.
The location was excellent and it was nice to have underground parking available.

The apartment was spacious and well set out. Had the potential to be great if better looked after.
My leaving it, before my first overnight, after paying for the 2 days accommodation. Smelled awful, broken bathroom fixtures, dated power outlets and the first room I got, had no power at all due to a glitch in the key system. Staff was apologetic enough, but it was apparent they were already used to the complains. Ahhh… the mattress. I asked for money back, it was denied. Well, the location was close to the Central Market but the view was unfortunately not the greatest. Sad, Downtown Floripa is such lovely, quaint, place.
