Most importantly the staff here are an absolute pleasure. So friendly and helpful and always ready to go out of their way. Their location is also brilliant – it’s a minute walk from Taksim Square and Istiqlal Street. Room is extremely small but very clean and it is cleaned/refreshed every day.

A little jewel in the heart of Istanbul… I had stayed in 5 star properties in Istanbul before and was a little apprehensive about what to expect at Arart hotel. The property is small and cosy and is managed by one of the nicest owner/manager Mr. Enver… extremely helpful and curtious. Made sure we managed to get there easily, upgraded one of the rooms, arranged taxis and all in a timely manner. Extremely happy with the hotel.
My room was bright and cheerful with many windows. The building is around 200 meters from Istiklal Cd, conveniently located and away from the usual noise of bars and restaurants. The guys in different shifts at the reception are very friendly and helpful.
The staff were very accommodating and helpful . Enwar and Barrett made our stay very enjoyable by always answering our queries with a smile . The room was very clean and modern . The terrace is fantastic and a perfect way to start the morning.
A very nice and clean place with a personal touch. Rooms are tastefully designed. Food/breakfast is excellent (Rosa is the best cook ever!). A cup of tea on the lovely roof top terrace overlooking the Bosporus and the Galata Tower is perfectly relaxing to wind down after a busy sightseeing day. The location is save and central, only a 3 minutes walk from the Taksim Square. The bus stop to both airports is only a 10 minutes walk – which is extremely convenient. The staff very welcoming, professional and smart. And with a good sense of humour! Everybody speaks very good English and will definitely help you with all issues. You really can’t go wrong with this hotel… simply perfect. I have definitely found MY hotel for my future trips to Istanbul. Many thanks, guys! Miss you all…
The hotel is located at one minute by walk from taksim, and close to the "hipster" neighbourhoos of cihangir, in a quite street. The rooms are Beautiful comfortable and clea. Friendly staff with good English knowledge. Good breakfast in a terrace with view of the galata tower!
