Location, location and once more location. Apartments are located in a very calm street.
Quaint hotel within 100 metres of the Santa Maria della Grazia (Da Vinci’s ‘Last Supper’), and a 15 minute easy walk to the Duomo etc. The hotel entrance is situate in a little courtyard; there is a small garden at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was rather basic but okay for what I needed.
The convenience of just being able to walk to the Waterfront shopping Mall

The beds at Wangburapa were very hard, and the wifi in the rooms was problematic. The breakfast wasn’t great, we did not want breakfast included but we did avail of the paid breakfast on one morning. We were nit all that impressed with the breakfast foods available, I would recommend eating out for breakfast in Chaing Mai. We were also surprised at how much the hotel’s laundry service cost, it was quite expensive in comparison to laundry services nearby.
