大堂接待超级好，前台小伙子很帅还很腼腆有礼貌，帮我们把行李送到房间搬进去放好走的时候还帮我们关上门，房间干净简洁大方，拖鞋吹风，设备齐全，一切都好棒！太喜欢啦，这样的价格住这样的房间，可以安心睡好觉了。总之，喜欢7天酒店的风格，简约不简单。

The room and bathroom are clean and modern with lots of space, storage, hooks in the right places, a fridge and comfortable beds. There’s even a terrace to have breakfast or an evening glass of wine on. Good location in the heart of the old town with grocery stores and a bakery as well as museums and the Diocletian Palace sites in walking distance. Host was lovely and flexible.
Definitely value for money comparing to other options in Kyoto – at least if you aim at private room. More like small apartment, small kitchenette, fridge – very convenient. Clean, close to bus stop and groceries.
Rooms are basic but clean and a great place to get your head down, breakfast was super, as much as you can eat and all fresh, top up and no need for lunch later. Staff are very helpful and on hand to answer any questions you may have.
