Great location, close to both major touristic attractions and the main train station. Couldn’t get any better than this, even if paying more. Friendly staff.
The staff was decent and the beds were comfortable. It was in a great location. Bathrooms were clean, and there were free soap.
Nothing, the place was disgusting and dirty, rude staff
I liked that there was a changing room and a sink in the room itself. The bed was made when I was out. The shared toilet outside the room was clean and had a hair dryer. They have a locker outside too.
The hotel is right there, close to the Santa Maria Novella square, close to everything, with a supermarket right in front of it. It was clean and the staff was nice. Price was really good too.
Like previous reviews the location of this hotel is perfect if you are planning to tour the city on foot and to catch the train.
