ideal location, close to the historic centre but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle of tourists at night. The restaurant attaching to the hotel was superb and other local restaurants were also excellent. We enjoyed the sunset and jacuzzi on the roof top terrace.
The room was modern and comfy, the staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast choice was fantastic and what can I say about the hot tub on the roof terrace! The Duomo is about a 15-20min walk and there are plenty of good restaurants close by. If I visited Florence again, I would stay here.
Great hotel with lovely staff. Amenities were excellent and the staffs restaurant suggestions turned out to be wonderful including the restaurant used by the hotel.
Great location. Close to everything. Short walk to the city center. Property itself is lovely and clean. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is reasonable if it’s not already included. The 7 th and 8th floor terraces are absolutely gorgeous. The property is very pet friendly and my two dogs were very happy and comfortable there.

The hotel is new, comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The interior design of the place is very nice (maybe apart from the brown cushions and covers on the bed- what are these for? They don’t seem hygienic, or useful for anything but the cleaner finds them in the cubpoard in the morning and puts them back on the bed… ) There is a spa, a small indoor swimming pool, a terrace with a view and a small garden. Free drinking water fountain ( useful if one suddenly runs out of bottled water in the summer) and tea in the spa. Bathrobe and slippers in the room. Coffee-machine and wine. Laundry room in the hotel, though I didn’t need to use it. Reception staff are very helpful. Shops are nearby. Walking distance to the centre but in a quiet area, even if close to a busy road.
Location is ok, 15min walk to center of Florence. Good underground parking (25 €/day)
The location is great! And breakfast is good. 1080yen per person.
