The staff were amazing. Location was great. Garden view was spectacular.
Stunning property, set in a beautiful private garden, in a really cool part of Florence near the Santo Spirito square. Our room was amazing, everything you could wish for, and the staff were absolutely lovely. After a hectic days sightseeing it was a brilliant place to come back to and relax. We loved it.

The building was beautiful, it had really funky decor and the hospitality of the staff was awesome! The room and bathroom were very well appointed. They served a lovely breakfast every morning, and you could have an espresso or cappuccino at any time. The location was fantastic, close enough, but you felt like part of a neighborhood.
Fantastic location. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast. We had a cottage in the middle of a large park in the middle of Florence. Part of the villa. What a surprise! A 5 minute walk to the Centro.
The bedding was perfect, we had a room with a terrace and enjoyed a spectacular view of the garden. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, both easy-going and respectful and they made us feel very special. The building is very old and decorated with love, the interiors were published in Architectual Digest, so you will appreciate it.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but very nice. Good value overall. Mariahilferstrasse is a great shopping street so everything was at hand. We took the city airport train then changed to the U3, got off at Neubaugasse exit and the hotel was just metres away.
