Great location, especially if you want to stay at Old Town. All the staff are very helpful and responds quickly with email. Good size room with a small kitchenette however it can be a bit noisy from the church opposite (didn’t bother me as I’m a deep sleeper).
Perfect locations. Check-in & communication were well synchronized. Feel at home. Good bedding! Room located on 3 floors in an old building accessible by a staircase of polished stones. The key system for the private access was well designed, bringing a well-being security, although the room had no safe box.
The location was excellent right in the middle of the old city and there were three doors from the street to the apartment so it felt very safe. Fridge & kettle were perfect for the odd cuppa after a long day.

Location, quality, friendly and caring host, modern and clean
The owners Maro, Mira and family are very well prepared for guests (and our lists of needs visiting a new city). Not only was the room immaculate and cosy, they are able to provide all the information you need for your stay. Highly recommend to any visitor to Dubrovnik wanting to stay in quality accommodation in the heart of the old town.
The location is really great, even though you are renting a studio they have shared services with a Hotel just close by. So you benefit from 24 hours reception service plus the hotel’s breakfast service. The studio I’ve stayed was renovated, nice and clean. I believe the value for the money of my stay was quite good.
