The owners were great – very knowledgeable about the area, very warm and friendly and were able to make great recommendations for places to visit and sites to see. The staff were great. Enjoyed the variety of breakfasts. We stayed in two different rooms and loved both of them, and ended up staying a total of five nights, having originally only booked two nights. Very clean, modern, well lit, nice showers and bathrooms, quiet rooms. Very nice rooms in a really nice building. Short walks to cultural museums, Wat Chedi Luang, Wat Prah Singh and many Wats. Very close to the Sunday night market. Great value.

The whole property is super clean, the owner and all the staff very friendly and accommodating. They made us packed breakfast because we needed to leave early the next morning. Fab
everything is great, especially the breakfast that you can choose what kind of food you want to eat on next morning .There are six kinds of breakfast . I love Thai breakfast the most ,it tastes so good. And the staff was helpful and speak Englishi well. The room was very clean with soft bed. Everything was high above my expected.
Untill now,I miss the breakfast so much,so wonderful.The location of the hotel is very good,the sunday night marcket and many attractions nearby.The boss and his wife are all so kindness.My friend was sicked when we arrived Chiang mai.They all very cared her and make honey tea for her.We all thank the staff all of this hotel.It’s a wonderful experience!If I go to Chiang mai next time,I must live here again. for my best wishes for all of you
The staff they were absolutely amazing and so welcoming I came in as a sick traveller and am leaving better and they went out of their way to make sure I was okay !! From cups of lemon tea and fruit plates ! So grateful for this place and people !
Location is great. There are massage places and restaurants nearby. Towels are clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast was prepared and kept in the fridge as we left a bit early.
Room clean and simple. But the bathroom super clean. The owner really friendly.
Amazing pension runs by family, clean, cosy, comfortable.
Right away when we walked in the cleanliness of the room was the first thing we noticed.
