Everything is renovated and new, clean, very nice staff that speaks good English. We stayed there two times now and would go back when in Chiang Mai again! Location is great and the price is superb for what you get (room service, free water, good wifi, towels etc.)

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful the manager Pinky was amazing she seemed more of a friend than just the hotel manager I really enjoyed my stay I will definitely stay again.
Everything was nice. Nice place, very clean and friendly. One thing very surprising is that they have about 20 different kind of craft Thai beer. I tried the Triple Pearl and it was simply delicious. So nice to have the chance to taste good craft beers in such a nice place. Nice to be here.

The accommodations are recently renovated and the owner has done a beautiful job of it. I am familiar with the area as I lived in Chiang Mai for 2 years. I booked a room there as a result of a good rate, and I made a great choice. I would go back for sure.
Das Team vom guesthouse war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns bei der Buchung von Ausflügen geholfen sowie tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Das Zimmer (wir hatten das günstigste) war neu renoviert und sehr modern und sauber. Vor dem Hotel gibt es einen kleinen Garten sowie eine chillout area 🙂
Good choice of food for breakfast and evening. Very comfortable rooms with attentive staff. Good gym. Very tight security which was reassuring.
