Terrible breakfast! A 20RMB (about US$3.00) voucher for to a Chinese fast food chain but more like peasant food. The coffee’s OK but 12RMB so there’s most of your voucher spent. Very basic Chinese food mostly variations on rice noodles. Most things on the menu are not available leaving a very small choice. All made in advance so served cold or luke warm at best. I like Chinese food so I was OK but there were very many disappointed customers so one morning instead of the voucher we were given cold McDs! Dreadful, worse actually. The staff are friendly and try to be helpful despite spending a lot of their time appeasing disappointed guests. I chose this hotel on the merit of the ratings and reviews (which included "great restaurants, good breakfast"). The room was a good size with a comfy bed
Great hotel, fantastic staff, amazing pool. Very comfy rooms.
Location was great especially as I was travelling on my own, streets felt very safe at night. The staff are amazing I was made to feel very much at home the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable especially the girls in the morning at breakfast. My room was extremely comfortable sunny and a pleasure to be in.
For everybody who wants a good stay for a economic price and a place that borders to the rice fields and is very quiet but even 2 minutes by feet from the crowd away, it should be the perfect accomodation. Also the stuff is always ready to answer some questions or help you to pull your moto out of the street. Also only to have good conversation. The breakfast is not the richest but always enough to start the day and is served, when the realized you are awoke, to you private terazze or balkony. Bali Coffe, plate of fresh fruits and pancake with butter and jam.
I like everything. I can give 10/10 rate for this hostel. I can only say perfect. :)))))

The location was perfect, close to all major attractions. Vincent was pleasant to work with. He gave us a lot of information regarding the area and marked many things on a map for us. He responds quickly to messages. The apartment is very quiet due to soundproof windows. We didn’t hear any outside noise and were able to sleep well. The apartment is spacious and clean. I highly recommend staying here.
Staffs are superb, extremely friendly and helpful, went all their way to make it a confirtable stay, Konami and Dewi are extremely helpful and spoke good English!
Very very friendly and fantastic staff. I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks very much.
The terrace has a great view. It was great to relax in the pool.
