The location near the metro underground, easy to find, the bed is comfy, the wifi is good up to the room.
Excellent Breakfast but we didn’t have all days bit dear for us to have everyday. Friendly helpful staff. Good location to laundry mat, eating places. places of interest, close to good eating location with facilities good park for kids with cafes restaurant cafes close by. probably about 3km from hotel but easy walk. Train stations very close for transport
I used this hotel on a business trip, it sits right in the middle of West Berlin, close to Zoo. Friendly staff. Fast check in, new and soft beds and nice furniture. And close to the U-bahn that makes traveling Berlin nice and easy.
We loved breakfast. No matter how picky you are, you’ll find something for you. The hotel is located couple of 100 metres from the metro station and it has good connections to the city enter of airport. Just make shure you walk to the right direction, since it’s not marked.
Personnel is attentive and speak spanish and english. Safe neighborhood, with access to a U-bahn station 200 meters from the hotel. Breakfast is reasonably ample.
Bed was super comfy and big. The room was spacey. The breakfast was excellent, also have gluten-free food and for example soya milk for vegans. On sunday you can have breakfast till 12pm, that’s great. We also use the opportunity of late check-out on sunday, at 17 pm which is free. The metro is 2 minutes walking from hotel.
The receptionist called Nalan was absolutely fabulous. She greeted us with a smile and was extremely helpful, I could have asked for a better greeting and service. She also allowed us to check in early as arrived earlier than expected and upgraded our room for free. It was our first time in Berlin and one of the best experiences. We are definitely coming back, thank you
Everything was excellent Staff was very kind and helpful The room was really comfort and clean Metro station is very close and we enjoyed our stay there a lot
Bed was very comfortable… and I’m actually quite picky. I arrived early and it was not a problem. Staff was helpful and friendly.
The people are very attentive and helpful. New facilities, great potential on the terrace that can be used better by the wet areas, sitting rooms and bar they are setting up.
