Comfortable room, sauna excellent. Very convenient for touring west Berlin.
Great location, central to attractions and with a bus stop immediately outside lobby. Room very clean and comfortable, staff very welcoming and friendly and tried their best not to laugh at my German! Breakfast excellent with great variety of hot and cold foods.
What a great location with plenty of restaurants and sights in the vicinity. The hotel accommodation was good too and I loved the very sizeable shower space in the room.
Good soft bed and there were some great restaurants nearby.
The superior room at the back of the hotel was quiet and comfortable. We were able to open the window and turn the air-conditioning off. When we discovered the two single quilts on the bed we were able to get a double sheet to put on the bed ourselves. We were able to rent a good DVD when an evening turned out to be wet.
Very clean, convenient, great location and helpful staff who loaned us an adapter for the electrical outlet :-). No other hotels offered the adapter during our 3 weeks in Europe !
parking is two blocks away; location is very nice, one block off main strip that leads to Brandenburg Gate
Very tidy and pretty fancy for a good price. Extremely professional and accommodating staff. Location is decent, very central in Mitte.
Stuff was friendly. Also: With any tenth night (not stay!) at Arcotel group you get one night without charge. Like in a coffee shop you collect stamps on a small loyality card. Makes it a bit harder, as you always have to carry it with you (no phone app available).
