The hotel is well-located for the metro, and is close to many good restaurants and bars. The security was good (though we generally feel safe anyway in Beijing), and our room was quite spacious.
Neighbourhood was clean, metro is near to the hotel and room was tidy
room was good, just as expected. although the staff did not speak english very well, they offered us great services as for example storing our luggage there for 2 weeks while we only stayed there for 3 days. view was nice as our room was located on the 12th floor. location is not close to the city center but we knew that when we booked the room. the hotel is located close to a subway station though.
Location was close to were our son is based but it’s a 3 star hotel. Facilities were basic but comfortable and the staff were very polite and helpful. It is a hotel geared for a 2 or 3 day stay.

Very nice hotel – staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms we stayed in were spacious, clean and nicely furnished – very comfortable. We appreciated having bottled water free of charge and comfortable slippers to wear. We’d most definitely stay at this location again
Very good location, subway and buses are near by. You may find cheap and nice breakfast near the local residential areas.
The restaurant provides nice food. European and Chinese food can be served.

This hotel was everything we wanted. The friendliest staff ever, very helpful. Big, beautiful and clean room. Great location, close to everything you may want to see in Florence. The staff contacted us in advance, arranged us parking in a nearby garage (which is important, since you cannot approach the hotel’s area without parking arrangement.) We called the hotel from the parking, and they’ve sent someone to help us with the luggage. (Then he refused my attempt to tip him) The rest cuntinued to be great, the staff helped us with everything we asked for, including special requests for breakfast (some salad), calling the garage to get our car ready on time, and everything else. A special plus is the acustics of the place – it’s always silent there. No matter what’s going on in the street, or in the other rooms. It’s a big issue in a hotel situated in the middle of a noisy area with pubs, restaurants ans lots of cars.
