We stayed in Tower D at prince suits. Which was very gud, the buffet breakfast was very nice.
The room was bigger than expected after being upgraded
Value for money was amazing, staff couldn’t do enough to help.
The staff was friendly and courteous. At check in, the gentleman offered me a free upgrade to a "one-bedroom suite" (read below).
The view of Bangkok was excellent. Our floor/corridor was very quiet and sleeping accommodations i.e. bedding/pillows were extra fluffy and helped to melt the night away… 🙂
The rooms were nice, comfy beds, you can control everything from a remote. The breakfast was nice, a lot of things to choose from. The pool was cool with a bar and the views are awesome.
city view from 20th+ floor is nice and amazing in the night, location in old town is very useful, room design is quite old but cozy, bathroom size and quality is amazing comparing with other things

Very good location, easy access to the major shopping area and the Gion-shijo metro station, and many restaurant nearby. The hotel staff are all kind and very helpful, shows the professional attitude to us. The view from the window of the lower floor is fantastic.
