The staff were always welcoming and made us feel special. The beds were comfy and the views from our rooms were amazing. Our son was so spoilt by the doormen, bellboys. Housekeepers and reception staff, they were really great with him. The breakfast buffet had a good selection with alternating dishes each day. Hotel was very clean at all times and the air conditioners worked well in our room and the lobby. We really liked that it was attached to the MBK centre as it made it easier to get to the shops and market places. Fantastically situated in the heart of Bangkok City

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Having access to the MBK shops was a bonus. The hotel lifts were fast and we never had to wait long. The suite that we had was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom had ample space but not enough for the 2 of us to be in there at the same time. The bed was very comfy and we enjoyed having the separate lounge. There was plenty of cupboard space for clothes etc. Great views also. Breakfast had gluten free options yay!
Location is amazing, connected to the best mall in Bangkok. Very clean and relatively new. Restaurants are great since there’s a lot of competition from around. Staff was very nice.
