It is a simple hotel at a great location. Although at this moment works are going on outside and it is rather difficult to reach the hotel. The hotel got a nice antiquated lift, feeling like you are in Paris. The room is decent but you hear anything going on in- and outside the hotel. The shower is very basic as is the bed. But all-in-all fair quality for a good price.

Location great; room small but comfortable and clean, great bathroom. Concert Hall is a block away with multiple concerts every day. Museums are very close, so is grocery store.
Staff were super friendly, room and bathroom were modern and very clean. They also had English tv stations which was good.
The location is very good. Near from supermarket and famous place to travel. Nice staffs. Clean & nice interior.
We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Our rooms were so small we couldn’t move. My husband was so not pleased. It was so basic to say the least. We paid £888 for 2 rooms for 3 night. No breakfast included. Not that we would have fancied it there anyway. No reception area. No seating anywhere. So cramped. Felt like we were in a hostel. Road was being dug up outside. Rooms so thin you could hear everything going on next door. It was awful. We spent as little time as possible there. You did not market this well at all. It looked fine on the pictures. The only thing good about it was the location. When it rained the water poured through the ceiling and the windows. It was a heavy downpour. But we have to get towels to mop up. Staff grumpy. Probably because of so many complaints ! Such a shame.
The breakfast was very nice with lots to choose from and with good weather one could sit in the garden. The staff is very helpful and polite. The position is ideal for concerts museums and entertainment. The airport bus stop is very near the hotel and will be even better on completion of the roadworks.
Because the road in front of the hotel is undergoing a major reconstruction, there was no traffic noise at night, although noisy work did start early in the morning. The hotel is very near to the Concert Gebouw, Rijksmuseum and Stedelijk Museum and also has good access to trams and the Airport bus.
A very cosy room that suited a single person. Facilities included a separate guest kitchen, outdoor table setting and garden.
