We didn’t try the Michelin Starred restaurant, because it was booked out, but imagine it was of the same quality.This is an extremely elegant perfectly located hotel from which to explore the delights of Amsterdam. Tram over the road takes you directly to the Rijksmuseum and Van Goth and Stedelik. The prime shops are across the road from the hotel and the canals a few minutes away. .
The all crew was very kind and nice! Great room – clean and comfort. The breakfast was fresh and tasty!
Our stay at the Hotel Krasnapolsky was wonderful; our room was ideally placed at the front of the hotel overlooking Dam Square. The room itself was large, clean and had a shower to die for. The cleaning staff were excellent, as were the concierge team, in fact all the staff were. The breakfast area was large and ornate and was worth the price just to see this facility. We enjoyed Tailors bar in the evening, you could sit outside whilst staying within the hotel, this was a bonus, there were blankets available for the cooler temperatures.
Rooms are very comfortable, perhaps a little too minimal looking – walls very bare. Good shower and Molton Brown products. Would recommend a room with a view, although they charge extra for it. We were looking out on a brick wall. Breakfast was good, but expensive.
