Очень большой и комфортный 5-местный номер,чувствовали как-будто у себя в квартире, 2 комнаты и отдельная кухня
Отличное расположение, приветливый персонал, особенно, Виктория. Порадовало, что выстраивают цену, исходя из количества человек, а не просто ставят за номер. Рядом столовая-кафе, развоекательный центр, набережная, 20мин до аэропорта!
Отдыхал осенью, поэтому главное для меня было расположение, чтобы удобно было изучать окрестности и посещать другие достопримечательности большого Сочи. До дома легко добраться без пересадки от аэропорта автобусом 135 или 57к. Примерно 20-25минут. С остановки недалеко от гостевого дома (5-7мин) можно без пересадки уехать на автобусе в Красную поляну (135автобус) или Сочи (125автобус). Рядом очень приличное кафе-столовая с недорогими ценами. Дом находится на прогулочной симпатичной набережной реки Мзымта. Можно взять велосипед в прокате под мостом (100р/час) и кататься по набережной вдоль моря в сторону абхазии. По набережной, начиная от олимпийских объектов, проложена велосипедная дорожка. Номер соответсвует своей цене.
Понравился приветливый персонал, балкон на втором этаже, где можно завтракать. Близость столовой.
Большое спасибо за гостеприимство. Жильё полностью соответствует описанию в своей ценовой категории. Адекватная цена для данного жилья. Нам все понравилось. Отлично провели отпуск. Не запланировано остались ещё на одну ночь в Сочи и Евгения помогла найти рядом жильё за что отдельное спасибо! Теперь будем приезжать только сюда !
Небольшой гостевой дом и все по домашнему. Очень понравился сад на заднем дворе (есть зона для барбекю). Номер без роскоши, но чисто и уютно. Есть все, что надо. Приветливый персонал. Понравилось месторасположение (море в 10 минутах, центр, рынок, магазины – все в пешей доступности). Алексею и Евгении спасибо за гостеприимство.
У меня остались прекрасные впечатления от хозяев и их гостеприимства. В гостинице есть обустроенный детский уголок, это очень удобно когда есть дети , то можно занять ребёнка пока готовишь . Расположение мега крутое , рядом есть Магнит гипермаркет , через речку рынок с настоящими огурцами и помидорами 😉 и концертные залы, в пешей доступности олимпийский парк с развлечениями . В гостинице есть велопрокат и было интересно покататься по окрестностям и заехать в Олимпийский парк. Хозяева встретили и проводили в аэропорт . В общем остались очень довольны !
Замечательное, тихое место, ухоженный дворик, стриженый газон. В номере чисто. Доброжелательная, внимательная хозяйка.

Lovely place in barrio de santa cruz. Steps from the cathedral and the Alcazar. Rooftop with awesome view. Nice rooms, very clean. Awesome staff (breakfast waitress went to buy me natural yogurt to the corner grocery store when I asked fot it!!) Perfect to explore Sevilla on foot
