Breakfast was great and the walk to universal was only about 15 minutes. Lots of space in the rooms!
The people working at the front desk were very accommodating and could communicate in english with no issues. I left the room to quickly buy something to drink and ran into the two cleaning workers in my room. They were very respectful to my belongings and the valuables that I left out in the open. The room was cleaned perfectly as I even walked in to see the worker wiping the bathroom.
The apartment (a studio flat) was exactly in the middle of the shopping road, close to the main square; located at last floor of an historical building and with stunning view on the old Prague. The design is attractive and welcomes the guest since the first sight. The big sofa is cozy and tempting. The reception was easy and personnel very cooperative.

I liked the staff, location and facilities! Great!
The room was super nice. It was lile being at home, the bathroom was big and super clean. The owner is amazing, kind and available for every question. The position is great, just in the center and you can go everywhere from it. Also the breakfast was good!
Very good breakfast. Traditional hotel where you sleep on the floor. Good location – Close to Train and underground.
The location was near the Ginza & Hibaya Metro station. It was also within walking distance to the JR Station and Keisei Station. This makes moving around Tokyo relatively easy once you have manage to familiarize yourself with the intricate multi train system. Surrounding area is old but has a lot of character. Food is easy to get from street food to restaurants in Atre at the Ueno Station.
Staff were so friendly and nice. Facilities were excellent. I will recommend this place 100 percent.
The pool is IG worthy and the staff are nice. They will go out of their way to help. The place is also walking distance (2km) from Tegunungan Waterfalls.
