The food was incredible.They offered traditional Thai dishes and English breakfast.My friend and I were impressed with their service and food. The owner always took care my friend and I.The room was a delight with a garden in your room.I could enjoy the nature in my room.Moreover, their decoration was a good combined between thai and modern.
Happiness…more than home I stayed in 18 Sanook Room,beautiful decoration,soft comfortable beds and the most lovely thing for this room is a small tropical private garden like living in nature. The host is very helpful,the breakfast is so surprising with various kind of foods like 5 stars hotel. Homestay is surrounding with garden, flowers and trees also the local houses . Located in the old town ,closed to most attraction by walking but very cozy. Shall be return to 18 in Town for sure.
The house and room are nice and easy stay. We like the good variety of local breakfast tastes. Since it is at the middle of the old town, we can conveniently walk to many ancient place. Even then, the place is so peaceful and private among local residents.
The place was very clean and comfortable. It gave me the feeling of nature and it was really nice to have garden and tree all around the area. There is an open balcony where I can read and relax or you can even take a nap. Breakfast was delicious. The landlord served me homemade veggie and local thai fruit salad, which is so fresh. She was nice and friendly and ready to talk and answer you every question.
The place is very new and fresh. I just love the environment of the house which surrounded by home garden and the balcony outdoor. I was to be one of the first guest here, the lady (owner of the house) is super nice, she gave us the information about travelling in Chiangmai, also call the red car for us. The bed and all the decoration in the house is wonderful with mix modern and Lanna style, feeling so much staying at home, very cozy, comfy and clean. Breakfast is superb, love the fruit salad and thai northern Thai breakfast. Definitely coming back.
Nous y avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. Ce petit établissement (4 chambres) est magnifiquement décoré et notre chambre était d’un grand confort. Situé dans un endroit calme de la vieille ville, sa localisation permet des nuits tranquilles et reposantes. Cette guesthouse est tenue par une femme d’une grande gentillesse et très professionnelle. Elle donne d’excellents conseils de visites. Les petits-déjeuners sont excellents, variés et faits-maison avec des spécialités locales. C’est l’adresse idéale à conseiller à Chiang Mai.
我一般很少写点评，毕竟各人习惯不同，这次住宿真的愿意写写。10月1日开张，我和老婆10月3日入住，比我们早来的是两个歪果仁夫妻吧（没看见男的），住了两个房间楼上有阳台的和楼下带小花园的，硬件真心不错，地理位置偏了一点点，但是要是认真玩，住哪里都会偏，租摩托就什么问题都解决了；其次，老板娘每天早上精致的早餐绝对的超赞，还免费，最后超六星的环境绝对值得住宿，下次我来还住这里。
The staff is amazing, location and atmosphere are great. I felt like at home. I hope to come back.
The property is conveniently located to tourist sites. The owners were really friendly and helpful with whatever we needed.
The rooms were nice, comfy beds, you can control everything from a remote. The breakfast was nice, a lot of things to choose from. The pool was cool with a bar and the views are awesome.
